What does allow me to speak in such categorical tone? –That’s my body. When somebody asks me such questions in a gym I just uncover my torso and show my abs.

In this respect, I am always interested in reading works of such ‘theorists’ who always persuade people how it is easy to achieve ‘a flat belly for jus a month’ but at the same time look disgusting themselves. May be, they simply don’t like lean hard bodies… But still, they are always eager to tell everyone how to build such bodies.

I have been working at the stage all over the world for eight years. As you can understand, such specialty as striptease makes especially high appearance demands. At the same time I don’t have the possibility to grow obese during low seasons like other professional sportsmen from sports magazine covers do because my season lasts all the year round.

It is relatively easy to get into good shape for a couple of weeks (for example to be ready for a contest or shooting) but it is much more difficult (still very pleasant) to be in perfect shape all the time. Do you need advice how to achieve this? – I can give it.
