		<description>i am 19, i am working out for 1 year,i follow your chart, but my problem is i eat a lot of Indian food which contain lots of calories, proteins, etc. my body structure is slim noting is growing, it seems that what ever i am eating is going waste.my body is just not developing where it is suppose to do. i mean to say that it just same as it is, i am totally freaking out please help me out with this.</description>
